Not just the in-game sound BUT my sound card! The only way I've found to get it back is to reboot. It will work as long as I don't close out the game. If I minimize the game to desktop I lose sound as well. This only started recently and it's driving me nuts. Before you ask, here's what I've done so far... 1. Deleted my entire mods folder. 2. Deleted my entire custom map folder. 3. Updated the XI down loader. 4. Re-installed ALL the maps and the ACE mod. Still losing sound...and it only happens when I rund call of duty. No other programs (itunes, youtube, WMP, whatever...) do this. Any ideas? Oh yea this is a windows xp box.
