I domt have a cpu at this money thats why i was asking if amd would bottleneck the 980/1070. And open to possible suggestions on how to fully unleash those gpus

As im looking upwards at graphics cards im seeing the gtx 1070 becoming fairly affordable. Now im shooting to try and keep my amd build, but can someone help me Mobo and cpu wise that womt bottleneck it. Or should i just get the 980 and keep it a "budget build"

Yes i can put everything together if i have everythimg. All i have is the power supply and soon the case. I dont think i could directlyask for donations im too prideful lol. But tigris it is an 8 month project due to i dont earn a lot of money and most of it goes to supporting my family and were trying to move out of this small ass 1 bedroom apartment.

But seriously crowe has sent the case i won and im reflecting on how awesome this fucking clan is! I may have been here for 6 years but about 4 years ago my pc caught fire and i havent rebuilt one since. But as a couple months ago i was telling my wife some stories about cobra bites, funstick and the ever lovable wild thing lmao and she told me i needed to rebuild a pc. I started learning about hardware vigorously, asking the IT guy at work numerous questions daily and also on the forums here. I have started my pc by buying a 600 w gold evga power supply for 25 bucks on sale and now i have won a case from here. This is the beginning of my journey and know that nothing will be wasted. My original plans were to just use my income taxes and buy everything but as my wife is becoming more supportive of my nerdiness i find us in best buy alot more often and she even claims that itll be built before christmas.... so long story short i may have grown up and got married and had a son since most of you talked to me but please realize..... all you skanks better watch your ass because im comin for it thank you again crowe for the oppurtunity!
