Hey everyone, I'm heading off to camp tomorrow morning. I'll be away for almost a month, so don't forget me now! If you're curious about the camp it's through my regional youthgroup and we're gonna be doing comunity service. We get to choose which kind of comunity service we want to do, and from the limited choices I'll be doing things that have to do with the enviroment rather than tutoring kids, cause well, I would need the tutoring just as much as them I'm only awake now cause I'm putting music on my iPhone for the plane ride. It had no music on it what-so-ever cause I took all music off to make backing up my phone quicker so I could update my phone to iOS 4 (which only gave it folders.... seriously disapointing for the 3g users,) and now I'm adding over 800 songs. I'm about 790 songs in, (which took almost half an hour) and I'm just about to go to sleep. I'm going to have to wake up in about 3 hours anyway Bye everyone! I have an iPhone 3g, and will probably be getting the iPhone 4 when I get home from Cali. I'm leaving the day it comes out... sooo yeah. Didn't pre-order, don't care enough to do that I can live with my 3g with the OS update till I get it. Radioshack has a nice deal, trade in your 3gs and get the 4 free, or trade 3g and get $100 off ($200 for phone without)

Thanks dawgy, it worked now. It showed it as saved, but when I went back on when I gave up it wasn't ~Adam

I saw the frontlines server on the homepage, but it is always empty so I can't play. I'm kinda curious as to what this mod is. Also, it doesn't appear on the XI Downloader server list. ~Adam

Now I'm getting the same error, even though I have the /com_hunkmegs 512 Hunk_AllocateTempMemory: failed on 1398173 bytes (total 160 MB, low 1 MB, high 158 MB), needs 278173 more hunk bytes. the only difference is the "needs 278173 more hunk bytes" part =/ CoD2 really doesn't like me ~Adam

I've been trying to connect to the DM server for a while, each time I get this error: Hunk_AllocateTempMemory: failed on 1398173 bytes (total 160 MB, low 1 MB, high 158 MB), needs 335389 more hunk bytes. How do I fix this? I dont have this problem when trying to connect to any other server (This is the only XI server I've tried, seeing as how all the other ones are empty.) I downloaded all the maps using the XI Downloader.

Sounds fun, but I have a question about it: If we do this, will it be using the knife mod or just trusting eachother to use knives only. Personally I dont like the knife mod, it just feels off holding a knife instead of a gun. Also the marty in the knifemod makes it kinda hard to do anything without getting blown up first

Adam Thanks a ton! I'll see you on the servers EDIT: I'm having trouble starting the downloader, I went in and read the help thing and everything. I set all the settings, but how do I tell the program to start downloading from the servers? If I click "update now" I get a box saying "You must have at least one game server selected to perform an update. Please check your settings before you continue." I have multiple servers selected =/ I tried restarted the program as well ~ Adam I realised if I made an edit that no one would notice, so I'm gonna post again. Not sure if double posting is or isn't allowed here so I was just staying away from it... by the way, if you haven't noticed, I like to change the font colors Soooo ummm yeah, it's working now. Dont know why now and not before, but I'm not questioning it anymore ~ Adam

Hey XI, I got my CoD2 together and installed and all that, now I'm trying to join a server (DM to be specific) and it is taking forever with the transfer. There are multiple 20mb+ files I have to dl and my transfer rate ranges from 100-200kb. Any tips on increasing my transfer rate? ~ Adam

St33l And Bluburd how many CODs are there? I'm ready for something different. I'll try to help you out here: CoD1 (Though I've never played it) CoD2 CoD3, but I dont think it has MP. I got it for the Wii and I hated it. Not available for PC CoD4 Modern Warfare (Personal favorite) CoD World at War CoD Modern Warfare 2 and soon to be CoD Black Ops For more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Call_of_duty (I only included the main games, there are some offspring handheld games and such) Also, I WANT THAT GAME! If I could play that on a TV that size, I would be in heaven. Of course, I'd get it for PC rather than a console.
