This is a default setting in the Openwarfare mod.
All you have to do is go to configs/gameplay. Change the point values right there. Execute the script and push the map. Problem fixed.

I've put a modified dog damage on our server so it takes 3-6 bites to kill you.
Go to configs/gameplay and open hardpoints.cfg and change the dog settings. .etc to what you want. Can allow points for kills with dogs, how many at once, how many total, how long. etc. The OW mod is amazing in this aspect.
Earlier I saw an 'invalid' IWD error. Thanks because you have more iwd's than the server. To fix this upload the new iwd to the server as well and reboot it. Basically you have more files than you should in your mod directory when you join the server. It's not pure to the server. Just put your changed weapons in a new IWD named z_openwarfare_xipatch.iwd This way every user on your server doesn't have to download the entire mod again for a few changes. Upload this 50-300kb new iwd to the mod directory on server/redirect and restart it. Clients download the new weapon changes instantly and no iwd errors.

Long time no see dude. I mostly play BFBC2 now. As far as a point change for deaths its also in the server configs. The mod is pretty awesome and you can set just about anything on it. The only real problem I've seen is the death issue. Jumps to a weird spot on the map. Thats something to do with 1.7 patch and OW. I just added the weapons/sounds.etc.
