Hey guys, whew it's been awhile playing FPS shooters. I'm rusky as hell! lol I hope to see all the guys in the servers. Man I miss community in gaming. Took a long break from FPS Shooters to play some MMOs and ARPGs. I feel like I got to learn all over again, which is a good thing. Yes Rugger you can get mod tools right now if you contact them. Otherwise they will release a full mod at release, but you can get them now. This will only be a PC game not some crap ported over console game. Mod tools are great as well, but I'm ting to get a few games types that are well established in the community and will help COD people like me transition over to RO2. One being TDM and FFA (DM) They have announced TDM and they are open to DM if there's support. Rugger if you could post something on the my link as the XI clan head , tell them your clan members size and request DM it would really help. Many members of XI enjoy DM, otherwise it's all squad based. It's always good to have choices. The videos of RO2 look great so far, much like what we all wanted. All the things I don't like from RO1 have been fixed in RO2. This game will rock, take a close look at the videos I posted in highest resolutions. I think you will enjoy what you see. Hey everyone if you have not heard, I'm fighting to get another game type into the new Red Orchestra 2 coming sometime in the 1st or 2nd Q of 2011. RO2 will be a FPS game changer. Tripwire Interactive has worked very hard to add many new features, that will make it feel more realistic and easier to play. Here is my post, if you have not given your input please do so. You have to read the all of it to understand it, but if you just read my post it gives you a good understand of what I'm doing. Thanks for any support. I'm pumped for this game as you can tell. I have a 965 Extreme and honestly, the Pheonom II 955 BE is just as good for gaming. Built two PCs with the 955 black edition and I can tell no difference in gaming compared to my once $1000 processor. There are two alike, but be sure to get the one with C3 stepping. Trust me don't waste your time. I think AMDs run better for gaming and it can do 3.6-3.8 on air no problem. I have run my intel to 4.0 and saw no performace increase for gaming and backed it off to 3.6. Everything must be in sink. Ram, CPU, GPU. If you run 1600 ddr3 then run your processor at 3.6 Good benchmarks don't = better gaming. I've considered selling my Intel. Get the 955 and get a better GPU. The Nvidia 580s are very good.
