I am praying for you and Manthis! My mom has had breast cancer twice (17 years apart) and lived. She kept a great attitude and we were able to laugh as a family. I know that is one of the things that gave her the strength to live. Cancer is a nasty thing but there are huge medical advances being made. I tested positive for the breast cancer gene and was able to have preventative surgery. 10 years ago that would not have been a possibility. I am praying God will give you and your family peace, comfort, good nights sleep and tons of smiles and laughing!

As an early childhood education major and former 2 yr old preschool teacher, this is the best way to handle it. Sorry to hear about your cat. Those conversations are never fun. My younger sister just found out about 3 years ago (shes 25 now) that our dog who "was given away to a farm" had really died when my sister was 4. haha, simple and sweet is best
