Not sure what it means by server version is different. What mod you running and what do you have for your command line? Something like this for example:
+set fs_game mods/[mod name] +set dedicated 2 +set fs_localAppData "[directory of mod. example c:\servers\freezetag]" +set net_port 28960 +set net_ip [ip address] +set ui_maxclients [# of players] +set sv_maxclients [# of players] +exec [name of config].cfg +map_rotate +set rcon_password [goes here] +set sv_punkbuster [0 for off, 1 for on]
Your exec config would direct to a specific config or is the config for setting up the custom map rotation.
(ie. set sv_maprotation "gametype ftag map mp_agx_destroyed map mp_agx_eindhoven map mp_akushima ..." etc)
