It's really easy!
I think the best part of this bar is actually the sea salt. It does something to chocolate that makes it POP*.
Again, too easy, you will all be making candy bars while frozen now
1.) Amber Crunch Peanuts - In a saucepan over med. heat add 1/3 cup of fine white sugar. To this add a shot glass of water.
Mix it up well and let it boil slowly. Within 3-5 minutes it will start to change color. Right before it hits the amber color stage, turn off the heat and toss in 3/4 cup of peanuts, 1 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Stir for 10 seconds and pour out or remove from pan onto something to cool. (I used a piece of marble I have for cheese serving). While its still warm and pliable smoosh down the amber carmelized peanuts and shape into a long bar, no higher then a row of peanuts. Let Cool in freezer for 5 minutes, then remove.
2.) In a microwave safe bowl add about 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (Or shave it if you're using a large bar) add in 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tblsp hvy cream/half n half/ Or Whole Milk. Nuke it for 1 minute and stir well. Imeadiatley pour over/or spoon it across the carmelized amber peanuts. Chillin freezer 5 minutes. Eat, try not to eat it all in one sitting.. yeah right...
