    I used nashville to cover that, since I said the locations are only an estimate of where the Fest will be located. I'll add Pigeon Forge to Nashville

    For this to work, I only need people who will actually show up to vote. So please don't vote if you are not gonna show up if your favorite place wins. The places are just rough estimates of where the Fest will be, this will be held sometime around October You can vote for multiple places. Vote at the top of this post. After a week of voting, another poll post will be created with the top 3 places and the winner of that one will be the location of the Fest.

    I just don't have the time right now to plan this out. I have all the >XI< gear coming in this week or early next week, I have the website moving to its own dedicated server and setting up another dedicated server for Minecraft, Crysis and TS. I have some member issues I'm in the middle of and figuring out how to find a fix for these time outs on COD. On top of my regular life. If someone else wants to step up and do the planning this year for it that would be wonderful.

    Just waiting on 3 more servers and everything will be moved. There are still the time outs when trying to connect but it will clear up after a short period

    I will look into what my options are once we get everything up and sorted. Still have some servers that are not transferring over for some reason.

    We have 2 dedicated servers that we rent right now, and the one is working great. The other one was my fault because I'm an idiot and didn't listen to instructions. I like renting the servers, this way other people have to setup the servers, deal with maintenance issues and run the server for us. Its just a lot easier all around and we can always upgrade to the newest stuff whenever we need to. Also a plus is we can run servers like Battlefield that can only be hosted by certain hosts, one of which we are renting from.

    The hard drive was over worked because of the amount of maps we had in our usermaps folders. With the host backing up the files 3 times a day this caused significant wear on the drive. I have in place now a system with my map guys were we will only have the current maps being used in the map rotation in the user maps folder.

    One good thing came out of this crash, we got a free upgrade to a better dedicated machine We were on this E3-1270v2: Ivy Bridge-based machine Intel Xeon E3-1270v2 processor (four physical 3.5ghz cores on QPI + hyperthreading + turbo->3.9ghz) 32 GB DDR3-1333 ECC memory 2000 GB, 7200 RPM SATA hard drive We are now on this E3-1270v3: A Haswell-based machine Intel Xeon E3-1270v3 processor (four physical 3.5ghz cores on QPI + hyperthreading + turbo->3.9ghz) 32 GB DDR3-1600 ECC memory 240 GB SSD and 2000 GB, 7200 RPM SATA hard drive

    Servers are starting to slowly come back up, the host said they were not able to retrieve all the files so when the servers do come back up please test them out and post back here with whats not working correctly

    The hard drive went out on our dedicated server that hosts our COD servers, I know why this happened and will be taking measures to make sure this doesn't happen again. The host is in the process of transferring files over to a new more powerful dedicated machine for us. This will take many hours and hope to have it back up and running by the end of the day today. I will post back here once I have another update
