Yes and that means that a buisness such as lets say BEST BUY can not sell student copies.. But someone that is a student can buy a student copy. and microsoft can no stop the person from buying multipul copies nor can they stop the person from selling the copys due to the fact the copies are not being sold RETAIL they are being sold private party. its not illegal its just what most people call "loop holes" and a very nice loop hole if i might add considering you can get something cheap thats never been used and is 100% legal

well weezer i can tell you this.. i myself have been building and repairing among other things to computers for prolly longer than most people here in XI.. and i can also tell you that you can buy legit copies for 35 bucks of win7 ultimate 64 bit.... and thats directly from microsoft.. #1 OEM copies are always cheaper.. #2 YOU GET A HUGE DISCOUNT FOR BEING A STUDENT... what most people do is buy them with their student id's and then sale them for a lil more where they make 5-10 bucks per copy .. everyones happy and its not illegal .. so please.. you obviously do not know what your talking about and are obviously just trying to state things that are not true. if you do not know. then ask someone that does.. thanks
