1 : Better DRINK the beers

2 : Make a marinade with : Maple Syrup / Soy Sauce / Garlick / Onions / a little red wine / a little BBQ sauce

3 : Same marinating time  (12 hours)

4 : NEVER do ANY sirloin 2 1/2 hours on the BBQ, and NEVER salt in the beginning of BBQ-ing

    Better put some more charcoal as in the video - "Seize" the meat on a VERY hot fire to make the meat not loose it's juice,

    and THEN put it besides the charcoal - heap as in the video, bot NOT for 1 or 2 hours, a half hour will doo

5 - Put the spices, except for the salt in the beginning, and add you salt 5 minutes before the end.

6 - Mix some of the marinade in a sauce, based on 1/3 BBQ - 1/3 Ketchup - 1/3 Marinade
