I Cant Get The Game To Download The Maps "error Message"

hi all

 

i'm new on here so HI

 

can anyone help me please i have been playing cod waw on your server x1 dm custom maps for the last couple of weeks

with no problems

the last couple of days i've tried to connect to a game , the map download tries to start and it goes in and out of game download to desktop etc

then i get a error message which i cant see lol and the screen goes black ?

 

this also happens with your modern weapens server

 

i can play and download any other cod waw game server but i would like to join you guys !

 

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still no luck

 

any help with this would be great

Hi Keith, welcome.

 

I had the same prob with Cod4 (MW). After download an loading a map, i get disconnected and have to rejoin the server. Don't know if this is the same.

A 2nd try is always successful and i can play until the next mapchange. I think this is caused by the redirect server which delivers the maps for each game.

Think after you downloaded the most or all maps you wouldn't get this error again.

 

@ADMs: correct me if I'am wrong.

delete the map thats the problem from your user maps file then try uesing the xi downloader
