need help with slow download rate for new maps. never had this problem before. now it takes up to 15mins when it used to only take 1min or less. just started doing this. i don't have a clue on how to fix this. is it possible may be some one could fix it over crossloop or some other program like that. i would be very thankful for the help. i live on a fixed income and can,t afford to put it in the shop or buy a new one.

also does anyone know what this file is?(Azureus.exe) tryed a restart to see if that would fix the problem and had to force the restart cause this file was still running. could this be my problem?
