Two of my favorite charities working together, kids and rescue programs for animals. Should you choose to check the link take note of the Pit Bulls. Pit Bulls unfortunately get a bad name because of how people like Philly QB Michael Vick had used them for fighting. Pit Bulls raised properly are great dogs, loyal and great with children. It is a shame the breed is tarnished as it has been by people like Vick.

I agree Shamu. As a dog handler in the Air Force for 7 years, I had opportunity to see 1st hand what bad owners and handlers can do to dogs and it's pathetic what humans are capable of. These past 5 years I've had a neighbor with a pitbull who is the sweetest dog around and have no fear of my kid playing with him other than getting knocked down cuz he's so excited. Go Cesar Millan.
