Here is some good news! Between approximately 3am CDT and 5am CDT on March 24, we will be upgrading and rebooting the router servicing our Chicago location. This is a fully scripted operation that we have performed at other locations and we expect it to lead to approximately 3 minutes of connectivity loss for your service. In addition, after this router reboot, we will be bringing up a third 10 Gbps link to Internap at this location. We do not expect this to cause connectivity loss, but there is a slim possibility that it might. We will be monitoring closely as Internap performs its side of that upgrade. Update @ 3:17am CDT: The first part of this maintenance (the router software upgrade and reboot) was performed successfully. The second part has been delayed because Internap is not quite ready yet on their end. We will likely do that later in the day, if we confirm with them that it will be fully non-invasive. Yay new 10Gb connection! Edited March 24, 2014 by OddJob001 Fir3Marshal 1
