I've gotten accustomed to moving my mouse and hand quite a bit and I can still do 180s. Most of your engagements are usually 45 degree angles and sometimes 90, and sometimes someone gets a backrage. I've just really grown accustomed to how it feels lower and I'm sure others can say the same yes quite different. I use finger tip grip. I think if i used palm I would probably slow it down.
