I only get a slight ache and loss of strength when I try to reach too far out in front overhead. Going to keep following my 50lb lift from floor and ten lb overhead restrictions till the newyear. The doc said a normal push-up could be attempted after 6 months. Good luck and hope you have a quick recovery. Awards

If I reach out or up too fast and too far, WOW I get a shot of pain. Been doing the exercises recommended but it reoccurs. Awards
