I forgot to mention when I described my new computer components that tomorrow I have surgery on my left shoulder and I'll be in a sling for about 6 weeks so I don't think I'll be able to build my computer with one arm.lol. I just got my video card and Ram today, and the V.c. is frikin huge.

I had my right shoulder done July 1st  The first three days were hell but after that I progressed quite well. I only get a slight ache and loss of strength when I try to reach too far out in front overhead.  Going to keep following my 50lb lift from floor and ten lb overhead restrictions till the newyear.

The doc said a normal push-up could be attempted after 6 months. Good luck and hope you have a quick recovery.

I had the surgery on my right shoulder 3 years ago. Only thing I need to be careful of now is warming it up properly before playing badminton.

I think that surgery is in my future. If I reach out or up too fast and too far, WOW I get a shot of pain. Been doing the exercises recommended but it reoccurs.

I had a friend mentioned that holding off can cause more damage and a tougher recovery. Thanks for the info.
