  1. Happy 21st birthday!
  2. The Ruger is great for carry but I use the Shield for day to day. I need to have the Apex trigger work done at some point. Recently I've been carrying my HK 45c. A bit big for everyday carry but just such a great gun. In CA i am limited to 10 round mags anyway so the double stacks don't really help me. You picked a good one. Good luck and practice often.
  3. Thanks Scotty - WDE.
  4. welcome Surge!
  5. hey Vosss - nice job - welcome
  6. Welcome Trasheur. I think I got most of that. Enjoy the forums.
  7. Happy Birthday!!

Hi Roxy. I see you every so often but you are usually on the wrong server. Come to the other and visit sometime. I miss shooting you.

Hi everyone - It's Cotton and I wanted to formally introduce myself. I've been playing with a lot of you freezetaggers for several years and I have posts on this site since 2010. I mainly play in the Ftag Server 1 on weekends. You'll sometimes see my two boys and girl play under names such as LilCotton, CottonBall and Q-Tip. By the way, the name Cotton actually comes from a book I read as a child called "Bless the Beast and the Children" with the main character a kid named John Cotton who would like to dress up and play army. I thought that was appropriate for COD. My actual name is Michael. I live in LA on weekdays and Lake Arrowhead on weekends. I'm a film and tv attorney and also a licensed solicitor in England and Wales. I'm not a native Californian as I am originally from Alabama. The mix of California and Southern led me to be a registered yoga instructor with a concealed weapons permit. Not many of those around I suppose. That's about it. I enjoy shooting all of you but mostly defrosting my teammates. See you in game. Cotton>
  12. Have a Happy Birthday PigDog!
  13. Nice Cylon. Were those all knife kills? You had 78 more kills than the next highest person on your team. Damn boy.
  14. Yea Husk aka Huskie. That was almost a year ago. I saved the screenshot last May - time flies. There were a lot of high scores and yes Chicken got to 100 right at the end with your encouragement.
  15. Thanks Belle!
  16. Thanks Nisty. I think defrosting is probably more important than freezing because you will usually encounter bad guys to freeze when you search for frozen team mates. And you are right it is more fun with a team of defrosters.
  17. yea, i tried that before and never got used to it. I could try it again. thanks for the tip
  18. Thanks Gatorgirl. It was really difficult. I sat pressing the "f" key for an hour. :0
  19. This is from last year but I had to post my 273 defrosts. Ok, I know I only had four kills and Chicken, Huskie, tHEo and taxxin had over a hundred freezes but there wasnt much time for killin' with all the defrosting. Corpsey had 154 defrosts that game. Post a pic of your scores. Cotton
  20. Yep Sonovabich we do pay lots of taxes. It used to go to things like the military that helped police the world but that has been cut. Now 40% of the people pay 100% of the taxes for programs that help the 60% that voted for the 40% to pay.
  21. National Health is free in the UK? Does everyone just volunteer, like the doctors and nurses? Do the pharmacutical companies donate the drugs? If so, then I guess it is "free". But if you mean that you avoid paying all those high taxes that everyone else has to pay including VAT at 20% of almost everything, then I guess it is free to you - but not them. And with all that free medical, you get to wait 6 months for a routine procedure and the results will be mediocre at best. That's why Canadian cabinet ministers come to the US to have complicated procedures. But I agree with you, if you don't pay any taxes and dont have anything wrong with you medically, you can't do better than the UK National Health Service (one of the top 5 largest employers in the world behind the Chinese Military and almost up there with Walmart ). And Bubbles, if it was my area of practice and if it was in California, I'd take your case on. Good luck.
  22. This is the Wiki summary for the Cold Equations: Summary The story takes place entirely aboard an Emergency Dispatch Ship (EDS) headed for the frontier planet Woden with a load of desperately needed medical supplies. The pilot, Barton, discovers a stowaway: an eighteen-year-old girl. By law, all EDS stowaways are to be jettisoned because EDS vessels carry no more fuel than is absolutely necessary to land safely at their destination. The girl, Marilyn, merely wants to see her brother, Gerry, and is not aware of the law. When boarding the EDS, Marilyn sees the "UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL KEEP OUT!" sign, but thinks she will simply have to pay a fine if she is caught. Barton explains that her presence dooms the mission by exceeding the weight limit, and will result in the deaths of the colonists. No cargo can be jettisoned, and the presence of the captain is required on ship, so Barton cannot sacrifice himself. After contacting her brother, Marilyn willingly walks out of the airlock and is ejected into space. The story, first published in the August 1954 issue of Astounding, has been widely anthologized and even dramatized.
  23. To make it more difficult, what if the plane was filled with the various woman's beach volley ball teams. Actually Johnny, for your class, you might want to read the short story "The Cold Equations."
  24. Anyone use Net10 as a cell phone? Someone gave me a credit and I don't use it so I thought I would give it to one of you who do. I only have one so first come first served and only Net10 users please. Just PM me or leave a reply. Cotton
