So I finally landed a job as a Wal-Mart greeter, which is a good find for many retirees, unfortunately I lasted less than a day. About two hours into my first day on the job a very loud, unattractive, mean-acting woman walked into the store with her two kids, yelling obscenities at them all the way through the entrance. Per my greeter training manual I said pleasantly, “Good morning and welcome to Wal-Mart.” “Nice children you have there. Are they twins?” The ugly woman stopped yelling long enough to say, “Hell no, they ain’t twins. The oldest one is 9, and the other one is 7. Why the hell would you think they’re twins? Are you blind, or just stupid?” So I replied, “I’m neither blind nor stupid, madam. I just couldn’t believe someone slept with you twice. Have a good day and thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart.” My supervisor said I probably wasn’t cut out for this line of work.

XI Downloader? Mac Friendly?

I have a mic and use it often enough. But at night I usally can't so as not to wake the kids. The wife even makes me wear headphones, (then yells at me if I don't hear here LOL).

I predict a lot of Netflix Star Trek marathons this weekend.

I was reading the Xfire for Mac post and saw the interesting, yet extremely funny, conversation between @@YACCster and @@little_old_man. Gave me a good laugh. They were mentioning "Mac Snobs" and "PC H8ers". So what happens if you have both. I have a Mac desktop, a Windows 7 desktop, and a Windows 8 laptop. I play CoD4 on the Mac because its the one I use at work. Just curious LOL

Well the problem seems to have corrected itself. Still don't know if it was me or the server. The speed and variation of maps is what first brought me here. Thanks for the great gameplay.

I play on a Mac. Any chance you have it as a .dmg file?

Trying to play ACE server but the maps are taking roughly 10 - 15 minutes to download. Is this happening to anyone else right now or should I look into it locally?

I was setting up accounts for Xfire, Steam, and Origin when I found out my email already has accounts I set up over five years ago when I was playing Halo and Battlefield. So I am changing my in-game and forum name to match. So Dumb Bunny will now be known as Dang Rabbit Don't even try to figure out the fascination withing hopping animals, I have no idea. LOL

Hello, I've been playing on this sever for a few months (CoD4) and its the only one I play on now. I freaking love you guys. I am 37 years old from Florida. Been married 8 1/2 years wife 3 kids six and under. I keep my Mac at work so thats wjere I play to clear my mind. My full time job I work for a TV ministry. I do auido and video, graphic design, duplication, and a bunch of other stuff. I also do a little side work in audio production. I have degrees in Radio Broadcasting and a certification in Pro Tools 10 and 11. I am trying to start my own little audio production company. I don't want to do music production like most people in my classes. I am more interested in making radio commercials, doing movie and TV effects and editing. I really hope to some day work on a big movie project for JJ Abrams. You guys are fun to play with abd I will ssee you in-game. THX Dumb Bunny - William -
