OK, now it works ... strange ...

Ok, called EA and described my problem:
 
1/ can connect only during morning, when server is empty ... or basically once a day (as I just learned when trying to re-enable  port 3659)
2/ once I disconnect, i cannot connect again, receiving an error message: Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.r (port is opened)
3/ I have no problems to connect to any other server
4/ EA cant do anything about it
 
They told me that it must be server configuration/settings ... not allowing me to connect during peaks or other way preventing me to connect. So they advised me to speak to the server provider - You, XI

Any ADMIN able to check the server settings if there was anything changed recently?

Second, just want to say something about me ... I live in Czech Republic, city called Brno (second largest in our tiny little country), I am 36YO ... born exactly to a day 100 years after Albert Einstein ... so here comes my theory that once in a century, at that day a genius is born ... or maybe not ... taking into concideration name of the group i have enlisted to 
I like to play computer games (no shit Sherlock) ... I am huge fan of WH and WH40K, played MtG since its beginning in 1993/4 ... until WOW was released ... I still play WOW... but much less frequently than before (well, hard to compete with 16hrs a day) as my priorities in life slightly shifted.
 
Basically XI is only server I play, i like it here ... mature ppl (mostly) ... also I am not being called "fat kid" that frequently  unlike of many other servers i tried (restricted by some absurd rules and limitations) and my current clan (MTN-Motion ... branch of WOW guild) basically no longer exists ... (for various reasons) so I see only natural to move forward.

That admin plugin is weird ... moments ago at Locker I got banned again for TK ... I thought you get kicked after 5Tks (all of them were accidenatl btw) ... not banned ... I think the plugin does not like me, lol

Teamskills happen... No problem with that. I get them all the time by the reasons you state above, thats ok. I get the frustration about the usage of vehicles as a taxi, but just don`t tk on purpose.....
 
The IDLE kick should be after 300 sec. I`ll look into that aswell! Thanks! See you in game!

Ok, I understand, thanks. I always watch for friendlies and I dont shoot recklessly (unlike most ppl I saw) when they are in my line of fire (on the other hand it is very different scenario when you are well positioned with deployed LMG and someone just crouch in front of your sights blocking your view as he was the only person on the server or whatnot and you see squad of enemies popping up right in front of you/him and you know when you hesitate, you die)
 
Regarding that vehicle TK ... I know it is bad thing to do ... but sometimes it is difficult to resist ... especially when we fly/drive in pair (both on Teamspeak) and racking up kills and helping the team ... while first guy who "steals" the vehicle, usually ditches in in the first hill or fly it to suicide ... that really grinds my wheels. I always ask politely those ppl to get out ... in most cases they do ... the rest either waste the vehicle soon after they drive off or waste ammo, shooting at jets kilometer away etc.
 
Regarding the claymores, you are right, players are excited, running around etc ... But I know it can be easily avoided. For the time I am playing BF4 it happend only 4-6 times I step on friendly claymore and about 10 times I got killed by enemy's ... so it is not that hard to avoid
 
PS: I went to windows right after I got you in game message, and after around 40 seconds (it wasnt more than that I swear) I got kicked for being idle too long ... I thought the timer is set to 5 minutes
