Yes i love a FX 8350 too ,i think my next build is gonna be AMD Zen . The expectations of the Zen should be 8 core's and 16 treads for about 300 euros ,ofcourse that will be the introduction price .

I do not say that an i3 is a bad cpu but with games like BF1 it comes two cores to short . In case of games like the older CoD's and BF3-4 it runs pretty good as long you aint using a high-end gpu ,then the i3 will bottleneck the gpu . @ Hxtr, While gaming my rig with the 4690k hits max 55c @ 4.6 GHz ,68c was measured while stressting the cpu for about 20 minutes .

Hmmm ... FX8350 @ 4.2 GHz under load 55 °C with a Noctua NH-D14 seems like to be fine ,My Intel i5 4690K @ 4.6 GHz does 68 °C with a Corsair H110gtx (see cpuz validate)

I agree with Souriel ,an i3 barely runs BF1 with a mainstream gpu @ low settings . I have compared my i3 4150 (my second rig) to my son's AMD FX6300 ,wich is much older and the FX6300 run's with an equal gpu @ medium settings much better then the i3 4150 . For the newer games you need at least 4 core's . grtz modibob.
