Can we please fix the glitch where if your car is being jammed and you get emp'd your still jammed as a person when u respawn, and cannot move. This is getting really annoying when players abuse this and you're the last person alive.

Beta server dean, and its a petty theres such ridicule over an honest opinion on this site -
I was just playing cod, and i got killed by a nubetube that landed about 20 yards infront of me and i feel that the cod4 servers are pretty much dominated by random grenades and people with tubes running around corners now. I for one would like to see the damage reduced for explosives as it is starting to ruin the game for me, i was just wondering who else felt the same way about this?
