so we have given this long enough and Edinburgh has the most votes and Brussels second . my concern with Edinburgh is cost of hotels , they are coming out 2 - 3 times more expensive than Brussels. The travelling costs for most people would be the same for both destinations. I would say we are looking at June or august . please do some research and find suitable hotels that can accommodate 20 people about 13 rooms .
