Warning!!!!! this is just a temporary fix and u will have to repeat this process almost every time u play cod4. i know its kindof a pain but it works and no more errors. and i have tried everything else and trust me everything else does nothing. some people get lucky updating their audio drivers but most dont, but do try that first. if it dont work do it my way it takes 10 secs and works everytime at least for me. Good luck all hope i have been some help p.s. thx funstick for giving me this idea and fixing this problem
