It works great on Ribs ,Chicken ,BBQ sandwiches, Baked potatoe's , Shrimp andof course great dipping sauce for wings. Very simple to make Ingredients include..... Your favorite BBQ sauce........ mine is Sweet Baby Rays 1 or 2 fresh japelenos that are cooked down in a frying pan for a few minutes ...you can used canned as well if you wish just drain off any liquid. Cilantro......if your like me... I use a bunch but add to taste Optional: red onion sautee with japelenos......its adds to the flavor Ok.....mix all that together and put it on your choice of meat in the last 5 mins of cooking or as a garnish. its damn good.
