You have to get a head shot to kill someone with one unless their health is already low. Hit someone with one and they usually just stand there for a second like they have been gassed, but don't die. You have to shoot them as well to kill them. Seems like a waste of bullets. Anyway if you can increase the damage they cause perhaps more players would use them.
