Hello I need some serious help. I"m running windows xp sp3 and i updated my video drivers the otehr day and it said error while updating but yet if i loook for an update its updated. anyway about 3 or 4 days ago after updating failed computer is freezing when opening diferent things i literally have to cut the switch off and bk on too boot up.

Uninstall the drivers and reinstall them,and refrase bk??

Just rollback the drivers, they will go back to the ones that you had.

In XP you have first uninstall the old driver, then reboot into safe mode and install the new driver from safe mode. This is better than rolling back or using system restore.
