I"m running windows xp sp3 and i updated my video drivers the otehr day and it said error while updating but yet if i loook for an update its updated. anyway about 3 or 4 days ago after updating failed computer is freezing when opening diferent things i literally have to cut the switch off and bk on too boot up.
