For a law, that is not that long ago. I would understand it if there was an issue with em when the first came out. but not now. we have better technology to keep kids safer. BUt still why wouldn't you put a gate up in front of the stairs if that is were your child is? Because there are some people out there that shouldn't have ever been allowed to have kids because they don't have a clue of how to put together basic common sense. A child gate would have saved a lot of lives in these walker death situations but people take chances. Wrong, yes it is. Taking chances on your child's life like that should be neglect, but try proving that in a court of law. So, if kids keep dying because of these walkers not being properly controlled in a safe environment I can understand why a decision like banning them had to be made. Awards

Because who's to say that when they have another kid that it wont happen again? there must have been a lot of deaths like an insane amount for them to make it a country wide ban. Awards
