Here's to a speedy recovery..I went through it last Feb..do the rehab... I did,  lost 25 pounds and brought my A1C from 6.2 to 5.6. Good Luck

Yep....Dont worry about the heart..!!! .is the bloody liver sending all the shit signals to the heart ...do what Streetcleaner said...no kidding....!! everything is getting converted in fat..even alcohol...

ask your GP(Doctor) to be taken from you Blood... samples with all counts...specially all LFT's  test...   looking at the enzimes ALT-AST and the GGT ..this last one tell you how bad the liver is damaged...

you normally should be on figures 0/45 points...you can see yourself the result..if you are over 100 or similar you need to take serious action...ZERO alcohol...but  you need to do it slow and consistence..Im a carer ..Im looking after someone and we used the right formula..any help Im glad to let you know..cheers all the best..
