Yep, I've already bought Borderlands in place of MW2, and it's a decision I don't regret. IW can have fun developing for consoles, since that's obviously what they want to do.

2 GB of RAM shouldn't be causing any lag.. you won't get any ridiculous framerates, but I have 2 GB of 667 MHz DDR2, an Nvidia 9800 GTX and a 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo.. I've never had any real problems with lag.
