What I meant by clinic is the pot store not the doctor, its like a head shop but with weed in the counter. Yes, good bud does grow in washington & I have had many kinds from there. Although in the past year here it has become much better because dispensarys are competing since there is so many of them, its all who & where you get it from, the medical bud is basically grown from the same guys that sell it on the street.
