It's the same MB as the broken one and I run the 8350 8 core processor on it and it supports it from the factory. The one difference I have seen is the bios is a 1.6 instead of the 1.5. THANKS GUYS FOR ALL THIS INPUT TO TEST THIS THING

I tried each on every port they would fit! Just to make sure. I think the mobo is a dud. I have heard it's happened before.

Right now I do not have my sound card in the case and the pc will turn on but not load to the boot scree. So I ask do I need it installed before anything will progress?

He left me a message asking me to notify you that he still doesn't have his pc and not sure when he will so I told him I would let you all know.

I did a standard windows update a couple days ago and when it went to restart it stalled at the cos page and wouldn't budge. I killed it and tried again to no avail. I then went in to reset all my connections and broke my mobo in the process. Naa I now have it in and nowe it won't even get to the cos page. Just simply nothing. Not sure how long but I am taking it to the college where I went where they have a phenomenal computor program and will analyze it for free for me. Just letting you know I will be away a few days. I am going nuts getting so bored around here with no gaming going on.
