This just happened. I have stopped visiting sites where I have the possibility of picking up a virus. About 3 or 4 days ago I began to get a warning I have a trojan or something to that effect. It's been so long since this has happened that I think that it's a fake. Yet my memory is so bad about the proper procedures to check I need help. I used to know this stuff like the back of my hand lol. Okay, let's start from the beginning. I was on Facebook or should I say scambook and I saw something about somebody who had passed away. Like a celebrity. I clicked it and immediately it attacked. I have gotten so many of these before I just shut it down and restarted and it was gone just like usual. A short time later I started getting messages that said my subscription was out and I needed to order an up-to-date for protection. Well, People I only use Windows Defender so I haven't had any other virus protection for 7 yrs with no problems. I then went to Windows Defender and ran it and it says I am clean yet this dumb ass so-called virus is supposedly still trying to steal my barely there money. I just wanna know what tool do I need and where can I get it to root this damned fucker off my machine? I would be ever so indebted to who ever. Oh by the way Penguin you sure do look suave there in that pix that Piglo has of you!

I have been a Logitech man for years because they make so many things that work together. My complaint about them is they are a real pain in the arse when you try to use another brand because it's so much better. Last evening I spilled a cup of Java on my Logitech mouse now my PC refuses to recognize it. I have already switched to Razer for my keyboard. I am now looking for a compatible mouse that works great with my keyboard that I can afford. I prefer Razer so it should be compatible with my keyboard. I would appreciate any recommendations. Thank you.

My table mate has this brand new Motorola cell and during the set up they accidentally selected a language that sounds like Chinese. Tho I checked in the settings and the only language there is US English. It uses Google as the search engine but I can't figure out how to access Google settings to check in there for a variance from English. I would appreciate any help and or ideas to get this thing where he can use it so it's not talking in Chinese. Thank you for any assistance.

I used to do this all the time but my memory ain't so good these days. Where do I rip them to? What file and where is it? If you need to know this is a Steam version.

We used to have a downloader tool that made this part easy. IS IT STILL AROUND OR DO I NEED TO COPYBEACH MAP PACK AND INSTALL THEN IN WHATEVER GAME THEY ARE MAYBE SOMEONE COULD GIVE ME A FEW IDEAS. I AM BAck on cable so if I have to wait till each map loads then so be it. Anything else I may have forgotten?

I don't need a disc to play this do I?

I can click it to run and the screen turns back like it's running . Then a screen comes up that says it appears this game didn't close properly do you want to run in safe mode? The first couple of times I said no and it died. So I retried and said yes to safe mode it flickered a few seconds and died again. Any suggestions?

Do we use server passwords to access any of our servers?

The funny thing is I still have the old HLSW and it connects for me as long as I put the correct IP's in it

A few months or so ago I asked what to do if my Logitech mouse was jumping around in everyday use. It was suggested that I change from using their hub to using their gaming program instead. When that failed I was suggested to run my driver for that mouse in compatibility mode. I tried to find out via an online search how I might be able to do such. None of those suggestions even open properly. I mean the menu that is supposed to be there is not there. I need help as this thing when I am chatting in Messenger keeps disconnecting and makes it very hard to use. Is the someone here that can tell me how to run that driver in compatibility mode? It would be much appreciated!

I uninstalled the hub and the problem was resolved immediately! Thanks for the advice

I have a MS originally 10 converted to 11. The mouse is deselecting as I try to chat in messenger. I looked it up and was told to upgrade the driver to my mouse with it set to compatibility mode. I have a question about that. I use the Logitech Hub and it upgrades the drivers as needed. Being that is how I now have it setup do I need to uninstall the log hub to upgrade the driver in compatibility? Or is there another way. Also do I have to uninstall the driver to my 503 Hero mouse? It's really frustrating chatting with a dear friend who I lost for 45 yrs and now she is back please help me if you can.

In a week I am going to Colorado to see my family. I as most of you know have some depression issues that I used CBD to help control them. I am taking a flight and need to have this on me. I am very respectful as to where and when I use it but I still need to know what may happen if it take it on my person? The Ease of Access the scroll works there. and on my regular keyboard it works without the alt button pushed. I should be busy early afternoon on Sunday but later in the evening say around 8-9 pm PDST I should be here.

I have the correct Logitech version. I am no longer using dongle at the present time. I will try these other options you listed and see what I find out.

I just went into the game I play and checked the settings there. They are as set them back when. It says that in game I can roll scroll but rolling backward or forward. I am wandering if this might just be the mouse that the scroll part to roll scroll is broken.
