@@DEEJAYKEG you are right it wae the minority that caused all this but not the minority you think. There is an old saying that a few can ruin it for the whole group! There are certain players that for whatever reason like to break rules and seem to thinmk there will be no retribution so if there is no retribution then change a few things to stop them from breaking the rules. My purpose was and has always been about the server and not for my benefit but those that are unhappy now do not read what I actually posted so they make accusations about me wanting an advantage for my style of play! You see if this had been this way from the get go then there would be no discussion as of now right? I just want it to be fair and fun for everyone not just a few rule breakers! If we get thru the trial period and everyone wants to revert back well at least I had my say! Or if you want me to disappear that can be arranged too! Tell me what you want from me now! I do not want to get into a screaming match with you or anyone just make things better for us all. You won't believe the ridicule I have gotten from having the server's best at heart! I will await your response!

You totally missed the point!!! I already have bombsquad and the prob isn't me running a round its putting betties in or to close to spawn! Having said that tho this should have been discussed with the admins before implementation!

That is a terrific idea but I can't participate in a tourney as mhands can't take the pressure of the constant turning and pushing the keys and mouse buttons! I refrain from doing them as I hurt so bad after just one match I have to quit anyway! In the regular game where I have time to recuperate I manage pretty well most of the time. Tho this time of year through spring my arthritis kicks my ass so sometimes I still can play very well. lol! The price of not taking care of myself when I was young!

Down load and install ping plotter. It will tell you where the problem is! When you set it up make sure you manually put the server IP in there and push track! Then let it run for quite a while as ir won't interfere with what ever else you are doing! That should get you a good reading where the problem is. Run it while you play then you know when it hits too!

I use this but when I run as fast as I do I can't always stop in time. This is not what I was originally posting about. I knew there would be those that would think so but so untrue. When I spawn only to find my exit blocked by betties and I have seen both exits blocked by the damned player> That people is and always will be about fair play! In the interest of fair play just how many warnings do we have to give a violating player before he is banned or even just kicked? It seems this Malen is warned several times a day and is still playing doing the same old shit!

Back when I first started playing COD4 over in the acemod I use to get my ass handed to me by most every body! I was as terrible a player as you can be. Pitbullpete would carve my ass all day long. 2cutesue would join in the party.I remember I would think, "I wish I was the sort of player that caused others to change how they played because of my style." That's when I begin playing like I do today. The first time I cut 2cutesue he screamed ,"What the fuck happened?" lol That reaction hooked me on the thrill of the slice and dice! My goal back then was to win the knife title every month and be the best there ever was on that server. It took years to hone my style and method to be effective as I am. These days I do not believe I am nearly as good a player as we have but there is one thing I do that changes how others play the game on any certain map! I don't even claim to be the best at what I do but I am the most consistent player at it! If I so much as show my fACE ON THE COD4 acemod you will hear them say, "watch your ass Dean is here!" At that point those there that know me go find a corner to hide in. I guess I wanted this and now that it has happened it seems kind of strange but it is true. Before you think I am tooting my own horn let me say something for you to consider! I have certain disabilities that would make some give up but not me. I have permanent partial paralysis of both hands due to a whip lash injury from back 22 yrs ago. I also have pretty bad eyesight and wear glasses and a dark map makes it very difficult for me to see in. My reflexes because of the paralysis are not what they once were. To illustrate what I am talking about let me show you the following graphs! The first is the DM1 a swrver and the second is the acemod on COD4 which I haven't played hardly at all anymore! So yeah I know why ya'll use martyrdom in games. It's because ya'll a bunch of pansies! blol Just kidding! The moral of the story is, be careful what you wish for cause you might get it!

Some times you can just get hung up on any damned thing and simply run on and then the martyrdom gets you anyway and the description you gave for martyrdom isn't the way it is on here. This is assuming that they have already pulled the pin and have it where if they then die it goes off. But in most cases the marty is dropped by a dead player that just died and thereby a total not even close to the real event in WWII. Labob do you not know how I play by now? What do you think I do just go around and slice then just stand there and die because I like that HELL NO!!! I thought we were enforcing an absolute no planting betties in or on spawn exits where there is only one exit am I right or wrong? I was told we were by our head Admin yesterday! And if you had read all this post you would have seen I wrote I know why they have it. I wonder why people post on something and not read the whole thread so they know what has and hasn't been said! lol IDIOTS!!! lol

@DEEJAYHEG if you will take a moment and look at my kill to death ratio. You will find I am exactly at the very top with deaths which should tell you and anyone looking that is why I posted this post! I have been accused of wanting this unfair to my advantage but that is not true. I just want to game without the worry of worthless perks that in reality have nothing to do with the game. I once played with a player who made his own martyrdom perk by carrying a nade in his hand constantly and he knew exactly when to threw them so they would kill him. That is a real martyrdom and the way it really should work! Yes you are an expert with the explosives and I applaud you for that, but that is not what my complaint is about it is about players to lazy to fight for a kill. Rarely I don't have to fight as when I am in game most people put their ass in a corner and don't move. This in essence has created the Tithead effect! lol Bunny hopping is nothing more than a nuisance to me but I guess that could change. Thanks for the suggestion my friend! lol Just kidding. As far as the high ping players as yourself there are about 5 players with as high if not higher ping than yours that run through me and us local players. Lately tho not quite so much. They tend to use the ping difference for an advantage as it is very difficult to hit them when in a gun fight! Tho I have seen a little change happening lately!

No I didn't say that but if they do it kind of defeats the purpose of them having them if the set them in a spawn!

That's like saying limit how many you can kill any way that is possible! That would be fair right? If you think about it the betties are the problem with being set up on spawns so your laogic in this case has no bearing> You need a different you are going to convince me on this! If you limit the betties to one per spawn then they have to be frugal how they use them insread of just dropping them as they spawn! Most players want to use the bettries for protection while they set up camp. Now that would not be aproblem if they didn't spawn and drop them and if they do well they done used up their one so now they have to either hide or fight!

I still say something needs to be done as this is getting worse and worse instead of better. Enforcement to this point has made little difference and as far as your argument about me only getting 7 kills or what ever has nothing to do with limiting the betties as I am not hiding in ambush but rather on the prowl constantly! Many times I hardly even get out of spawn before someone blows me up! I hear quite often someone say< "Now here comes the betties and nades". I wish everyone could find their own niche and learn that very well instead of being a monkey and doing what they see others doing. But that will never happen will it because by and large we are like sheep!
