Anyone have any luck using my GUID to make sure I'm no longer banned. Thanks a ton!

No it isn't used. I've had the game for about 12 years. It was purchased new. I was using it in 2013 on XI servers, then banned and the ban was apparently lifted in 2013. I've never been able to rejoin XI servers since 2013.

Is there anything I can do about this? It seems to be associated with the CD key I'm using because I installed it on another computer and it still says I'm banned.

No, it says I'm permanently banned on all XI servers.

Yes, this is a completely fresh install. I haven't played in about 5 years. New computer...everything. I'm reinstalled several times and it still won't let me join.

When I try to join it says "Error You are permanently banned from this server."

I recently discovered that my son was logging on and playing the game while I was at work. He is 5 and really doesn't understand the game.
