      this is LorenZo…    I have not been able to get onto cod4 for many months now.       I can get started,  I can get to xtremeidiots map.    After that, I try to adjust the settings  at which I want to play, and everything disappears..... I go to  the task screen and everything there is locked up.    I can't end any tasks, so I end up having to sign out  in order to get rid of whatever mess ths cod4 game is making of my pc.... anyone have any suggestions???    Email me if you could..   [email protected]

   Hello all.    I'm Larry,  and I've been playing on the free for all site at XI  for many years.    I've enjoyed  getting to know some of the people on the site and for a long time its been the only cod4 site I play on.   I'll be 72 on August 30.   I'm semi separated but  still friends with the MRS.     One daughter and one Grand daughter.    My main form of recreation is golf., I normally play 2 or 3 times a week, pretty much year round if weather permits.   I'm living In Crossville, Tennessee.  A community called Fairfield Glade, and moved here from Michigan for better weather and the 5 golf courses in this development.    I'm a retired Electrician since 2001, IBEW  Local 58, Detroit.   I was also a licensed builder, and have built several homes thru the  years..  I've been traveling to Chile once a year for a few years,  enjoying learning the culture,  a little hiking,  checking out the Andes and the many volcanos,,and the seafood...

    P.S.  I suck at golf and  COD4,  but enjoy both games a lot.  

anyone know how to simply       "add to favorites"   in the new windows 10 ?      was simple in the old versions of windows???

is there an optimal setup for COD4?   I mean the graphics settings..  shadows...glow...frame rate etc??    various things I've tried don't seem to make a lot of difference..

Sorry..wasn't sure how to post.. I hit start a new topic and I see that it went into introductions posts.    Anyway..been playing on your server quite a while.   Really don't visit any others as they seem slow and cumbersome, and same old maps.    Seems like a good bunch of people at XI.    I'm a retired electrician..living in Tennessee..moved from Michigan.    Golf addict.
