Fire im a afraid with out being able to get on her computer to go over her settings all I could offer was mentioned above and perhaps lost in translation.... Hmm if yours is good and she moved hers out and replace it with yours that should have worked if it did not then she can try to unplug her head set then connect and or check her sound card drivers perhaps she updated and needs to roll back.... ( 1 ) swap out old Iw3_mp file with a known working one......Which sounds like u did but make certain to try again...( may have got corrupted during upload ) ( 2 ) try unplug headset then connect to server then plug headset back in ( 3 ) If sound card was updated ...Roll back to known working update ( 4 ) report back what has been done in above areas P.s if yours works now make a back up for your self because this is common Hope you get it worked out loADER>XI<
