NO MATTER WHAT YOUR ISP IS THERE TRAFFIC FUNNELS THROUGH OTHER SERVERS SINCE I BEEN HERE IN FLORIDA I HAVE WENT THROUGH HELL AND DIFFERENT ISP (NO FIO,S HERE) AND STILL CANT GET OUT OF TAMPA THAT IS WHERE I AM ROUTED TO BUT IF I HIT ATLANTA ON A PING TEST ITS GOOD TAMPA FORGET IT PACKETS DROP ND ALL AT LEAST THATS THE WAY I UNDERSTAND IT AND WAS CONFIRMED BY AT LEAST ONE ISP ON MY END ! Try what Bob said and what you would need if it is java is the runtime update x64 x86 depends on OS Java SE Runtime Environment

Hey not sure but if you think it is Java then it very well could be .....Java 7 is very unstable right now and even though they said they were no longer going to support Java 6 guess what they released a patch up to 45 now I believe for it....What I have been running into is removing the Java 7 update and rolling back to Java 6 with the latest patch... You say many things here and all sad but Gods works in mysterious ways and may very well be preparing you for the future to come...
