No matter where you stand on Covid or the Jab ... you should have at the very least observed how fragile our food supply system really is. A year ago I decided to do something about it. Today I have a freezer full of meat and 15 birds that will start laying eggs soon. And a 1/4 acre garden. Even if you just stockpile canned food each grocery trip, if things go tits up again in the fall, at least you'll have something to fall back on. And yes ... it really does taste like chicken.

I sent in a recording of a 'regular' player using something to make his single shot guns automatic. I'm pretty sure he was on the chopping block anyway, but he was banned within a couple of days. (May Kyniek[PL] rot in peace.) I don't like cheaters getting much of a 2nd chance and maybe nobody in the chat told Mandinko to stop his BS, but at least hes out of our hair for 30 days. Being Admin is tough, so I don't mind them taking a bit of time to get something done right. Temp banning players that have been reported by members might be a good tool to buy time to review decisions as well.

Dude. Some advice: You got caught shooting people from under the map. It's not an accident ... You might not want to lecture people here about behaviour seeing what a dick move you got caught doing in game.

I would be bitching on Chat that I fell off the map and how the heck do I get back! That being said, Mandinko, while being an ass will likely learn from this and not do it again. At least that is my impression of him. If he follows the procedures for getting unbanned, I would give him a final chance. EDIT: His response to my suggestion to give him a chance is FU? I take back what I said. The ass got caught cheating, he knew it was wrong and now he's banned. Good riddance. More legit fun for the rest of us on our servers.

Not my intent at all ... the exact opposite in fact. Lobbing tubes at spawns is certainly an effective tactic, but lets not pretend it's about skill. My suggestion was to reduce blast radius which would make tubing harder ... not softer.

This has nothing to do with Skilz. Yesterday a certain player who's name rhymes with Toothless would, immediately upon spawning, chuck 2 tubes completely across the map into the other team spawn zone killing multiples as they came out of spawn protection. The design of the map meant that we were hemmed in for the 1st initial run, so he could get guys every time we respawned. The game eventually devolved into multiple players running tubes and firing randomly into corners and lanes. This is not good for our server ... I know its part of the game ... but if the blast radius was reduced it might discourage this nonsense and protect the integrity of the game. I don't mind seeing other tools reduced as well, especially the cars which seem to kill with the same sort of radius as the tubes. I'm just throwing this out there as a suggestion to improve the way the game is played on our server.

The number of guys running around with noobtubes and firing random tubes into spawns is really disconcerting. I'm talking about regulars here ... We should either fix the power of the tubes or rename the server. It's ridiculous. I spent a little time on a competitors server tonight ... the skills were amazing. We can do so much better than spawn = tube = tube = die.

This has been my fairly extensive experience with the local Native people. Many of them are my customers and are thriving in the modern world. I'm in their homes almost weekly. Unfortunately, the media and the SJW class want to play up those few that block highways/railways, burn churches (although I'll bet that was not native ...) and live on the dole. We have a large Liberal ruling class in Canada that wants to see the Indigenous people kept under their control and do so with money and by feeding them the victim mentality 24/7 in the news. Peace will come when we learn to live and let live and stop forcing each other to be each other. Indigenous should live in a way that honours their history ... and we who are here after them should be allowed to do the same. Europeans are not going 'home.' The solutions will be from looking forward ... not the past. Needless to say, the Canadian Residential School system is a black mark on our history. We need to both learn from the past and build toward the future. Taking away 'Canada Day' and making it 'Indigenous Peoples Day' is not a meaningful solution, generates more conflict and guarantees the issue will never be resolved. People who push these vapid 'social justice' solutions should be told to STFU and then ignored going forward.
