according to the attorney my wife cant take any legal action against the company she works for. because she did loose a limb or suffer any perminant pysical injury the so all she can do is claim workers comp and watch the bills get bigger and bigger. stupid fucking law as far as i can see it. they where to blame but she dosnt have a leg to stand on when it comes to claiming. and to take out a personal lawsuit against them it would cost to much upfront.

first we would like to thank everybody for there kind words and infomation. well after seceral trips to the doctors and xrays the docs have told her she wont need surgery at the moment if things go ok. but for the next 3 wekks she can not sneeze cough or couse any pressure on her sinuses or her face will swell again. she is getting workmans comp. and thats a rip off. she was told by then to get new glasses.so we spent time sorting them out and when they put the bill in to workmans comp for $300.00 they rejected it saying they would pay $160.00 thats all. so shes getting better slowly but now with her not working and me still trying to sort out my immigration we are financially broke . so one thing gets better and the others just bugger everything up thank you

i really cant wait for this week to end its been a real bummer first my wife had an accident at work giving us problems and now a freind of mine back in england died saturday morning he was only 61 . cant wait till its all behind me sad sad week. thank god i have a bunch of idiots to keep me smileing

hi all i spoke to my wife this morning about getting a lawyer. he more conserned about loosing her job if she does. i passed on all the messages posted and she was greatfull for all your wishes. i just need to tell her that she needs legal advice. she works at mcdonalds and ist in full time employment . shes just part time. anyone got any advice for her thank you
