hi jessica would like to thank you for your support & im not doing anythink stupid. wildthing i emailed nacy grace and got no reply and cobra i ask about an appeal no can do he was found not guilty by a jury of 12. heres what has pappend since jessica was attacked. with in days she shaved all here body hair off she has been wearing wigs while her hair grows out agin. she has been diagnosed with PTSD. she is now on prozac. the evidance the DA had for the court but never presented. photos taken by the police of the bruses on her neck brest legs and arms.the DNA results where not shown and the evidance taken from the appartment the bloody towel tissue and the blood stained mattress that was taken into police evidance. he never called any key whitness that would have help put this guy in jail. the transcriped is 114 pages long and it $3.00 a page thats just under $500.00 to get a copy. jessica feels the legal system has let her down and she has slipped back 6 months to the time it happend. she feels that her attacker is now free and out to get her. there is no closure for my daughter theres no closure for kathy or me . we feel because this is a small town im the middle of Iowa nobody cares in the media it isnt big time news. a couple of you may understand the pain my family is going through. inside my wife and i and just devistated and our world is collapsing but on the outside we are trying to stay and look strong for jessicas..my greatest fear is she is going to do something stupid because the legal system that was ment to help her failed. if she did i have no clue how i would handle that no clue at all. if anyone reads this thank you to the XI Clan is family and belive me i have nobody to give my heartbreaking pain to but the forum

as many of you know what happend to my daughter last july. we the DA dropped the fucking ball he didnt show the photos of the bruises jessica had and the evidance they took from the appartment where she was attacked. so now this animal is walking the streets and my daughter is now a prisoner in her own home. even the police cant belive what happend ijm gutted totaly gutted

jessica is in court tuesday the 14th at 8am to get ready for the trial. lets hope they get whatthey diserve
