Thanks Angelz I Got in touch with the seller and I told him my concerns..he reply "Relax..I have several copies..Ill be posted in couple days."..that's it..so I wrote him back saying..is that CD that I was hoping been the Original 14 years old and $26.... is a copy..?? so what can I said..just wait... Cheers..

din't know...I found out later when you told me to go into Steam account..I had it closed...so I just have to hope that this seller doesn't want to ruin his feedback

Well my Friend ..Im really worry now...look at the pictures ..I suppose to receive the COD disk from Ebay seller today or tomorrow See Pict 1 as you see also in Picture 1a..is been sell Like new..but the delivery dates have changed.. In picture 2 you can see some of the serial number of my future disk... I went to check on ebay what is the progress of the CD..and look what I have found..today.???? See Picture 3...Same disk ..This time for $30 and is not Like New. See Picture 4 ,,which is the second picture showing same serial number...?? So.....should I worry..??? for 20 years never Had problems with Ebay...any bets..???

Thanks YACCster..Ill have to wait for the Ebay CD..this is Bullshit...I should have known about Steam..but I never got used to..so I deleted..it was too complicate for me...you are a top Man YACCster even with your Finger up... I did try again and skip files...when skip files goes all the way trough to 95% (takes about an Hour) then tell you the files on this CD are read only... Thanks to all for your help..I just have to wait for the CD to arrive..actually I never got used to Steam..dont like it..is like Facebook that I dont use it...I like use HDML is simple...

Yes I did try..what a fcken mess..!!! but has YACCster said.. .the Disk look like new afterwards..but din't work..I shouldn't have done it... That disk has been my best friend for 14 years...and I put it trough hell with that tooth paste...I have the feeling that is My PC playing up...

YACCster I did attend the front of the disk.cleaned no scratch,,run it ..loaded and again it stopped in the same place..this time took lot longer to give me the error;; I just reopened Steam..I rarely use..but there it is..what do you want me to do with it..?/ Thanks

Thanks So Much for your tips..I did exactly what YACCster said...best toothpaste and all that..and when I went to Load the program..it happens the same thing..after the cleaning as YACCster tip..the Disc look as new..so I'm very worry now that the Second hand COD4 I bought(still due to arrive) it may not work and it could be my PC ..when I reset The whole PC everything vanished..but I have been putting programs back into without having any problems Here I put again the sequences of downloading...(Today is 4 days without shooting anyone...just imagen..is like life in hell..But Im not suicidal anymore Ill have a game first...lol) Thanks for your cooperation... If this disk that is on the way doesn't work..Ill get a new Computer...that's it... as you see in the pictures the downloading was going fine til reached that updated component registration

Im waiting for that Cd to Arrive YACCster...and I will have a go..mY own original I can actually see a small scratch,,it could be the reason of not working...Thanks Mate

HI All My "C" drive got full...so I Reset Computer ( Long Story Short) went to install my COD 4 and will not go any further than the part where is UPDATING COMPONENT REGISTRATION.. .it didl accept the key codes and that's it...I have Java and all the other programs work well..please some help...Disk is Genuine since COD4 come out... Here are the messages I got...Ill appreciate the help please...2 Days without shooting anyone...I'm going bananas
