  1. @ #27 i appreciated your opinion. who else when not u as a drill instructor could talk about real insights and pro´s/con´s arent the last two lines just forced from political correctness issues?!? the most questions are around how to handle a woman beside a man in combat. and beside of it the thougts about the instincts of men to protect women but a functional soldier who question himself right in that moment in combat isnt effectiv. and when u realise somehow that a comrade care more about a fleshwound of a woman over the open chest of the other, then its time to take actions. but if that isnt the case in real life scenarios it stays theoretical. and from the opposite side. how does it feel when u must shoot a femal soldier. splitseconds of scepicism? does it demoralize more than shooting a man? and another situation. u have a shot and dead woman (a comrade) or u see how she got shot. does it take a man to a different (blind anger) level, and irrational failures? as a philosopher im so fucking interest in behaviour of peoples, whats automatism or trainable, (educate off) btw, excuse my words. as a german i surely try to press english words into german grammar
  2. is it a massphenomenon, because of a surplus of women within nations or an ongoing process of emancipation, which encourage women to be "just like men" i mean in the perspective of free choice to be and to get what u want it is okay but under the perspective of the most functional, effectiv army i say no. (a no to combat and frontlines) on one hand, some said it already, the body differs a lot. ( its not a macho bad talk, it is a physical truth) and than, particular examples. prisoner of war with tortue and brutal interrogation methods. i barely think that woman could take that as long as man and when they do, then it seems that the woman lost the very femin type of emotions. (seriously i dont want a woman who is that could) another, one well buried example are cases of rape within the army. sad but true. so, is it just a freedom of choice or a lack of enlisting?
  3. forcing out the truth by placing a treacheous opener like "who of you two gorgeous ladys", could say which road etc. ...or just install a lie "which of these three roads" i have to take... one of them would react with a confused or uncertain look. he is the truth telling one.
  4. totally addicted to diablo swing orchestra. they are from sweden, whole variety of different genres. metal, swing, classical. their female singer is such a powerhouse. when the sun goes down stay classy 9:50p.m. over here
  5. @rusty was my first post so unclear? i just want to say that your eyes need more time to overview or get from point a-b with a widescreen. and for egoshooter a 4:3 is way more efficent for faster reaction because of more compact frame. no technical issues at all
  6. @ rusty nahh, it has 2ms refreshrate. it isnt a techincal failure more a organic one
  7. i´ve made the mistake and bought a widescreen a few years ago. its cool for films or slower games but for a egoshooter like COD it isnt that good. the distance point a-b of eyemovement increase a lot and u lose time. surely just splitseconds but enough to get killed before u pull the trigger. serious lack of overview. decreases my score and skill. but to lazy to run a 4:3 screen beside
  8. so a hacker was proven guilty and some guys or friends of him wanna leave too for it??? u must be true idiots ...best reason to stay, if u ask me

  11. most time-consuming is just sit´n think
  12. naah when it turns out that the work force of the employee was able to provide an unexpected profitable good , it wasnt just "any" work-force, it was his/her work-force. a bonus is a must to honor that. that keeps motivation high and the quality. if u dont do so, the most employee someday won´t give a fuck of the quality they produce.
  13. hi shamu First understand that I am a retiree of the United Auto Workers union just so you do not think I am coming from a biased position. I also served as an elected union official. Very often unions are their own worst enemy through restrictive job classifications and even the seniority system which allows drones to continue to work while more competent union members are laid off. Unions are not without fault in jobs leaving this country for more a more favorable economic position. Unions members need to realize that the company must make money and must remain competitive with non union or foreign competition. Until the two sides realize they need each other to succeed we in the U.S. will continue to lose work to non union shops and foreign competition. A good start would be opening the books for a fair and honest review of the companies competitive position, in it's industry, prior to contract negotiations or demands. And don't even get me started on public service employees who hold students and the general public hostage with their demands. PS; I would add since you are from Germany that some of our old school journeymen German Tool and Die makers were among the best tool makers I have ever encountered. Their work ethic was outstanding and they knew how to teach an apprentice. Pride in craftsmanship set them apart. You just don't see it like that anymore. I still can see them in their bib overalls and bow tie along with outstanding personal care of their tools. totally agree, but unions need to be a kind of opposition. and i would assure that the majority know exactly how far they could go before the company start loss-making. and no ceo on that planet like strong unions. so they use the economic freedom to go abroad into countries with less rights and cheaper productive forces but when it ends in 2 part.time jobs for the average citizen just because its a law of free market. then the market is just sick. in germany we say "properties bound"(hopefully the right translation )...that means u have a huge responsibiltiy even for your workers. its an ongoing process of establishing laws for minimum wages, so that even the competitor, within the country, have the same conditions. and yea, u can also reach the jobs-abroad-problem with punitiv tariff, to beware the national market suffer under inflation of prices for goods, and theirfore the average loan because your work-force is not too expensive anymore. e.g. apple is btw a shame. 2012 :73k staff, and the average aquired profit of one worker was 573k$ and all know the loans of a chinese worker. would that be an american job, with 30k.per anno, wouldn´t be to much to stay wealthy and grow. and all struggle to get one of these 600$ phones...i dont get it. and i struggle talking about politics in english ...lol
