And I certainly never played asteroids multiplayer with people from new zealand, germany, the netherlands, australia, or all over the usa. What we can due now is truly amazing. And never mind calling someone in one of those places, you would have to get an overseas operator to connect you and pay through the nose, now, I can click a button on xfire and talk to anyone anywhere for free, amazing.

Im not sure how we even had social lives. If you were gonna meet people somewhere, and they didnt show up, we had no way to find out where they were or if they were coming. I only had one friend who finally got a pager, but I had to find a pay phone to page him, then stand there and wait for him to call that pay phone back. What a pain in the ass.

Ruggerxi - HI my name is Rugger and I am an Idiot Just a quick note on my status for the next week and a half. This weekend 7/23-7/24 I have a family reunion I have to attend and will not be around for most of the weekend. I will be able to check pms and emails. Then I will be back till Wednesday. I am leaving for the >XI< Fest on Wednesday Night, driving to Wisconsin Dells, staying the night there. Wake up Thursday morning and driving to Chicago. Then leave Friday morning for the >XI< Fest till Sunday morning and when I will drive back to MN. So I will be very limited for the next week and a half. There will be no major server changes in this time. I will try to get a couple new maps on the servers Monday or Tuesday but thats all I will be able to do.
