  1. Can you at least provide some evidence of my PB bans. I found out today that my guid changes for each server. I don't know if it's supposed to do that or not but that's what it does. I tried looking up my ban on pb bans but I have to be connected to the server to know my guid so I wasnt able to do so. I was going to appeal but I was told that they don't even consider removing any bans. I was told my appeal would be deleted if I submitted one. I don't understand how you feel justified banning me for something I have not done. I have never hacked. I have only been banned from a server for map glitches YEARS ago. I have played on your server for almost a year and not broken a single rule yet because you see this PB thing that happned years ago that wasnt even because of hacking you're going to ban me for life. How is that fair? You are banning me for something that I did not do that would have happened years ago on another server that is not yours. How can you say that you do not have a personal vandetta against me? I know a lot of the XI members think I'm a hack and are happy I'm banned now. But if you are going to ban me at least have a good reason and don't lie about it.
  2. This user has created an appeal with the following information. Sent by: inyoface Sent on: 12 January 2014 - 11:01 PM Game server: MW2 Ftag In-game name: inyoface Appeal details: I have apparently been banned because an admin looked me up on PB Bans and saw that my GUID or IP has a ban on it. This doesn't make any sense to me because I have been playing on PB servers for years and not had any problems at all. I talked to PigDog and he said that I have a GUID ban from April 19, 2009. I didn't even know I had the game in 2009. That was over 4 and a half YEARS ago. I don't know why it says I have multiple GUIDs. Heck, I'm not even exactly sure what a GUID is now. I thought it was the code you entered off the box when you bought the game. The only thing I can think of why I might have more than 1 GUID is because my twin brother and I used to play together. We played COD1, COD2 and COD4 together since we were 10 (im 20 now). Originally on COD1 I think we used the same GUID somehow and didn't get kicked/banned from servers for sharing the same one. COD2 and COD4 both kick you if you share the same GUID so we both had our own games/GUIDS. We both reinstalled the games probably dozens of times over the years and I'm sure we accidentally swapped GUIDs at least once. We didn't keep track because we didn't care as long as ours was different, then we could both play. We only have 2 GUIDS between us and he hasn't played in years so I don't know how I would have more than 2 GUIDS. PigDog said he couldn't find out how many I had, he just knew it was multiple. So its probably only those 2. There was also something about being banned from this IP or multiple IPs. I'm not tech savy so I don't know when or why IPs could change but I'll explain what I think might be the reason. My parents have been divroces since I was around 8. So when I got old enough to have a computer, I had 1 at each house. My mom has moved a couple of times since she got divorces (should be only once since I've played COD4). I've also had different internet companys and different routers over the years. I have never changed my IP manually before, I don't even know how, if you even can. Just this week I changed routers because the other one broke. I hope that explains the IP thing. I was also told that I was banned under serveral different names on a lot of servers. Let me go back a little bit. When my brothers and I played COD1, one of the servers we played on was a jump server. Its a server where you jump around on maps and get out of the map, ontop of buildings, in secret spots, etc. They usually had custom jump maps you played/practiced on. All the main servers I have ever played on don't allow glitching (like XI) and I don't glitch on those servers. However I would get bored of jumping/glitching on jump servers and would go on random servers and get in cool spots to camp/snipe. Sometimes I would be banned/kicked right away and that was ok with me because I didn't regularly play on that server. I have enjoyed finding glitches/cool spots on COD1 COD2 and COD4 and when I first got COD4, I went on a bunch of servers and got in all the cool spots and I sometimes got banned for it. I also got banned from some servers because they suspected that I was a hacker. They didn't have any proof and didn't ask for any explanation why I was doing good or how I killed someone or w/e. A lot of people accuse me of hacking on the XI servers as well. Everytime someone says that kill was BS, how did you know I was there, I ALWAYS type in chat how I knew they were there or w/e they complained about. I have been playing this game since I was ten (half of my life). I have a lot of tricks, strategys, tactics etc. If you played this game for ten years as much as I have you would be pretty good too. I would often play several hours a day for years on end, not just a casual hour at night a few times a week. I don't have a good PC and not that great of internet so I have lowered my settings to minimum. This does make it easier in some cases to see players but I don't use it for that reason nor do I need to. The reason I use a lot of names is pretty simple. Since I started playing COD (10 years ago) I have not had a permanent name for probably 85% of that time. The only time I kept the same name was when I was in a clan, which was not often. I was a little kid back then and my brother and I would literally change our name about once every map on average. We would stay late up at night thinking of names and making lists of which ones were cool. I did this until about a few years ago. Most of my time on COD4 I have used the name Inyoface and inyoface (i used to have a capital I in my name but i switched to lowercase because I think it looks better). On the MW2 server I have mostly used inyoface and Enzo (which was my most used COD1 name). The reason I sometimes I switch different names is because I'm competitive. I look at my gametracker Score/Min every day. I'm trying to be the highest on the server (I think Hysteria is the only 1 higher than me). I have 205 pts/min. I need like 3 more to be the highest. If the server is low, a new rotation comes out, new mod (happned this week), or im just not playing good, I will switch my name so my score will not go bad. (which is kinda not fair but oh well). I used to use Enzo as my second name, but I actually started getting good score with that name, so I started using other names. often I would just use a random name for a map or two until I got warmed up or the server filled up and I could maintain a higher score. The only other reason I have changed my name before is because I sometimes get annoyed people ALWAYS saying that kill was BS, you're a hacker, etc. So I'll change it briefly hoping to catch a break. I DO NOT do it to try and be sneaky or hide. I'm well aware it is not hard for an admin to find out who people are. I have nothing to hide from anyone. I encourage anyone that thinks I hack to spectate me. You will see that I use good tactics and strategy. If you unban me I will let every admins that wants to, spectate me, and I will record myself and send you the demo AND my profile I use that has my settings/graphics etc, so you can see EXACTLY what I saw. I was told to try and get my ban lifted through PB Bans but I don't think I'm going to attempt that. I feel that if I can not convince you enough that I'm just here to have fun like everyone else, then how am I going to convince them? I wasn't even aware that my GUID or IP was in bad standing with them until today. I asked if this appeal was denied that the ban would remain. I asked if buying a new game with a new GUID and if i changed my IP (i think you can do that, because apparently I have more than one) that I would still not be allowed on the server and would be banned again if I joined. I don't understand this at all. I will kinda (but not really) understand if you wont budge on this PB Ban thing and wont unban me because of my GUID and IP. But why is it that if I CHANGE that you will ban me again. if thats the case you are not really banning me because of my GUID or IP, you're banning me because of ME and that just isn't right. I hope in the last 10 months or so of me playing on your server that I have proven I'm just a regular kid looking for some fun in my spare time just like the rest of you. If you have anything you want to know or have me clarify please ask me. Like I said I have nothing to hide at all and just want to have fun on the server. I would really like to be unbanned!
  3. Can you add me on xfire please. XFire: Luckyme93
  4. Could you tell me where the PB Ban is from and when it was issued? I have no memory of ever being banned by PB but maybe if you give me some details I can tell you what I know. My XFire is Luckyme93 if you want to chat there.
  5. This user has created an appeal with the following information. Sent by: inyoface Sent on: 12 January 2014 - 05:15 PM Game server: CoD 4 Ftag (OldMod) In-game name: Player 3 Appeal details: Well, I have not played on the server in about a month or so. I stopped playing about when the new mod first came out. I jumped on the server a few days ago to play the mod again but I decided to use another name. I chose to use another name because my regular name, "inyoface", has exactly 205 points/min on Gametracker and I didn't want to ruin it by learning the new mod. I picked just a random name to use for the time being, "Player 3". I played on the new mod for a day and then the old mod was reinstated. I played on that version for a day, maybe for a couple hours, and a handful of maps. A few people called me a hacker because I was doing "so good" and "that kill was BS" etc. I'm used to it and I told them to spec me if they thought I hacked. ChknFngr actually did, and said I was legit. I know a few Admins that already checked my name and knew who I was which should have explained why this new guy was doing so good. When I got home from work today I wanted to play again but I saw where I was banned for "suspicion of hacking, admin decision, permanent ban". I do not understand how you can ban me for something I did not do. Please spec me and record me if you think I hack, you will see I'm good at the game and just use strategy and tactics. I know several Admins have spec'd me before and agree I'm just good at the game. I'm hoping this is a misunderstanding and would like to be unbanned. Thanks, inyoface
  6. This user has created an appeal with the following information. Sent by: inyoface Sent on: 29 July 2013 - 03:53 AM Game server: COD4 MW2 Beta In-game name: Enzo Appeal details: Tonight I could not sleep so I decided to play some late night Call of Duty 4 since the server was still busy. I got on the server under the alias "Enzo" as I'm tired of people hating on me when I use my usual alias "inyoface". The reason I was using a different name is because I have the eavesdrop perk, I hear everyone trash talking when I kill them. Nearly everyone accuses me of hacking. I'm getting tired of it so I've been using random names lately. Anyway... While playing on the map POW Camp I was banned. The version of the map POWCAMP that is currently on the server (as of this posting) has teleporters and tunnels. I was shown these a while back by other players on your server. There are plenty of maps in the rotations that use secret tunnels and teleporters and everyone uses them. Nobody cares. This map has teleporters and tunnels. So I use them. Just like all the other maps. Yes, this one teleports you into a building but you are able to die there, and I have several times. Also, there were plenty of people that were outside the map. People jump over the fences and run around in the trees sniping. That is more of a glitch than a teleporter. The last time this map was in the rotation this similar situation happened. Know what happened then? They switched to the version of the map that didn't have the secret spots in it. That seems like the best option rather than banning of your loyal players. The admin that banned came into the server under an alias, PrinceRacer (Cobrabites)? They, and many others, told me that glitching is not allowed and ban-able. I obviously knew this but since I was under a different name, even though I was maxed prestige still, they assumed I did not which is fair enough. However, when they told me they thought that house was a glitch, even though I disagreed, I did not use that spot anymore. I only returned in the last round when the admin asked me to go there to determine if it was in fact a glitch. I could not see what exactly was being said because so many people were typing at once but he did say that it was a glitch. While the next map was getting ready to load, I was permanently banned. Despite how much a lot of you hate me. I'm just like you in a lot of ways. I play COD4 in my free time because I enjoy it. We all get mad at each other at times and although I'm not the one to get mad, I guess tonight was my night. You all know that I don't need to use glitches to be able to kill or win. I've played COD for almost 10 years now and I'm just very good at the game. I have really enjoyed playing on this server as its the only server I play on. It sucks that I had to get banned for something like this and I apologize for how I acted but I hope you would consider unbanning me. Thanks, - Luke (inyoface)
  7. I can't figure out how to delete a post but I've made an appeal now. Ignore this post.
  8. I feel it is necessary to make an introduction post. Lately I've noticed about 90% of the server hates my guts so maybe if you knew me a little better that can change! So here goes nothing. My name is Luke. I'm 19 years old and live in the DFW area (Texas). I currently attend the University of Texas at Arlington studying Mechanical Engineering. I've been playing Call of Duty since I was about 11. Besides COD my hobbies are skiing, hunting, and sports. Some of my favorite things are chicken fried steak, big red, Houston Texans, the color red, the number 3, and shooting guns. I also might be using my mic soon if it still works. This is starting to sound like a dating profile bio and I don't know what else I'm supposed to say so I'm going to stop here haha. Please don't hate me, I'm a nice guy!
