I get this message in COD4 ftag  and MW2 ftag  randomly.  I can't figure out what I should be looking for (computer error or internet connection - which is Comcast bty) sometimes it clears itself after a few seconds and other times it just locks the game up and I can't communcate to anyone and  I'm dropped  out of the game.

Any suggestions are appreciated as I hate to drop out in the middle of a game.

It happens to everyone so it seems to be a server or game issue.

Thanks Half-a-hundred, or should I call you 50 ??  Anyway, this has been an issue lately on FTAG Server1 and the MW2 FTag server.   Restarting the server does not appear to fix it, so we have a ticket opened up with the folks that host our servers.  Hopefully we can nail this down and get it fixed.  So - there is not really anything on your end that looks like it needs to be fixed.  Thanks for posting about this...it helps us to keep things running smoothly.

Hey two quarters of a hundred (Smile) I used to get at least one CI per game. I had done so for two years now. I just think it is your internet provider having a poor quality line. I have a 16Mb connection that is in good shape but every now and again it just blips. Not sure if there is anything you can do, but I do request a "refresh" command from my ISP at least once a week. That seems to have minimzed it. Comcast even has it set up as one of the autodial functions (press 1 for.... etc)

Try that, otherwise the only other thing I would do is make sure you drivers for whatever you connect to the internet with are up to date. If you go through a router also make sure that unit's firmware is up to date too.
