I have tried many different solutions to try to fix it. Well bad news when I ran a Linux based virus checker.......killed a virus and my system. In the process of reformatting BUT my system won't recognize a keyboard. Tried two different ones, a Saitek and enhanced Microsoft. Neither works. Any ideas out there as to a fix? Restored Bios backup and am formatting as I type. Did a file side by side comparison and the virus was actually booting off a hidden partition. I had heard of such things but had never seen it. AVG and Malware Bytes both missed it. So it was apparently a rootkit protected hijack. I keep a ton of Spare parts at my house but happen to be at my brothers. Had to reset bios twice and leave the power cable unplugged. Any way finally got a clean system up and running. In the process of reinstalling all my programs now. See you guys soon!!!!
