I had ATT out to the house and they did some stuff and now I'm much better. BUT I have seen similar as you. Your vid processing could be killing you. FPS drops equal you not 'seeing' things as quick as others and your hit registry will be crap.. thus you seem to be shooting a person, but they walk up and stab you in the head. The higher the graphic demand (such as air strikes, smoke, and close-quarter-combat with another player) the more likely you are, with a marginal rig, to drop FPS. I saw a big improvement on FPS when I built a new rig. Later, my DSL signal became crap and I saw similar performance drops with ping spikes. It's always something (lol). Awards

Had to delete everytime the config files (under your profile in the gamedirectory), réassign most of the keys and graphicoptions. This problem seems to have disappeared since I updated to the last NVidia drivers yesterday. Try to increase the com_maxfps to a higher number, this works for me too

Try to increase the com_maxfps to a higher number, this works for me too right, so far i have turned down all of the graphic settings, changed all of my config file ,[ i tried 250fps,125 fps even 0!!!]turned off every windows program that i do not need.i have g boost [and the other one lol]overclocked my vid card[ its a 7600gs [now on 510mhz]changed pkt dups etc you name it i have tried it,now hunting for a better card with a shite budget and agp motherboard but that should be easy compared to playing those fuckers on ace [and not hanging myself lol]just out of interest if i was you next time you get that message ref your pc changing let it run it will change your config file to your new graphics setting and keybinds [ i found that out after trying paradoxs config file out ] just for the record the latest drivers are not always the best, i got the latest for my card and almost balls up the entire thing, i rolled them back in the end , i have just noticed that my fps is still bloody allfull even if i am just watching the game [it would be about the same if i were playing
